Manage

I lost my voice on Sunday. Hence it was really hard to fulfill my obligations as an educator. Entirely my fault as I did not abstain from cold, sweet, spicy and oily food and drinks. On top of that, I did not eat the medication I received from the clinic. Sunday’s incident made me reflect on the blessing called voice when I couldn’t even recite the short sentences in the iqra book nor the surahs to my students. Ya Allah. NikmatMu tak ku jaga…

Then today, I tried to slowly deconflict my schedule and assignment deadlines. *Deep breaths*

Received a message from a parent in the evening that her son was bullied in class. Can’t believe this happened under my nose. How did I not realise 😦

Okay. Serious sedih. Sesi complain to family began.

Halimah: Kata nak *insert amount* anak. Ni practise ah.

The youngest always knows what to say eh. ZzzZZz.

Then we have the practical akak majulah sharing classroom management tips based on her experience with the same students (I took over her class).

Anyway, nari just stress.

So how did I manage this? Nope. I did not indulge in any sweet things. (Tahan nafsu demi kesihatan sebab dah dapat suara dah alhamdulillah.) Instead, I downloaded this App called KEEP and tried the workout. Alhamdulillah for the release of endorphins. This App looks promising. Will keep you updated ok!

Ayat of The Day:

Blessed.
