I took this picture today as it suddenly dawned upon me how my 8 months and 20 days old baby can now reach for the second tier of this moving trolley. It used to house all his essentials on every level. But as he began to stabilize and support himself with only 1 hand (mashaAllah good job baby!), he has had the freedom and new found hobby to stand and take everything out with the other hand.
So I had to quickly take all his lotions, balms and oils and simply toss them up the highest level. Thus this mess.
It was so therapeutic to be able to sieve through all the oils and balms and leave only what is needed (no picture).
This makes life easier to navigate, lesser hassle to find things.
Alhamdulillah for the time and energy to clean this part of our life.
I am really motivated to document the journey during my pregnancy, house hunt, furniture hunt, delivery of baby, postpartum and simply the daily life for me to look at…but always feels so drained at the end of the day. I need better energy management.
