Hello there 🙂
It’s been so long. I finally had the motivation to write when C shared that it’s about time we have a comeback.
I’ve missed you, C!
The plan today was to visit my teacher because
1. I miss her
2. Extend wedding invitation
3. Seek her help to pass the cards to other teachers
But the plan to meet early changed as I had to work till 1pm today as a colleague wanted to switch Saturdays with me. I’ve lost count of which Saturdays I have to work. Janji 23 Nov, 30 Nov and 7 Dec off and I’m good!
I am usually posted to Fernvale where our community hub is located. But because yours truly cannot conduct Tai-Chi (lolll I told them I didn’t look legit enough to be a Tai Chi master. I’m sure those ahmas are better teachers), I was posted to Bedok. Yay. There were only 2 patients so I could finally focus on pending admin stuff. Alhamdulillah.
Had a quick sushi lunch and took bus 168 to the north. MashaAllah perjalanannya. Bangun tidur tetap belum sampai :’) *bracing self for the journey to work in 1 month’s time inshaAllah*
When I shared this journey to Ustazah F, she didn’t belittle my rants. Instead, she shared about her distance away from her family who lives in Penang. North, I’m ready. (Especially with so many beautiful souls in the North! Eh excited jap.)
Super thankful for Ustazah who welcomed C and I. C being the ever ready, helped me write the names of asatizah on the envelopes. While Ustazah marveled at TBH’s wonderfully designed card. (Canva kan?) She was also amazed by the message page. Something she finds unique 🙂
Afterwards, crashed at C’s place for asar and had a sharing session till maghrib. A much.needed.boost. Alhamdulillah, cleared my doubts, concerns and worries. I feel so much better. Always a wonderful time with Zulaikha ❤
Alright. Long day tomorrow as we have the usual Rehlah Keluarga on Deepavali. It’s Syafiqah’s Halaqah’s turn to organise and I’m excited to be a participant hehe.
