Started the day by applying for 1 job. Which got rejected on the same day hahais. It’s ok! Positive note: I’m not left hanging. Betul tak? 🙂
Initial plan was to have dinner with our prof but unfortunately, both his dad and father-in-law were in critical condition. So we still proceeded to have dinner together at 4 fingers, Junction 8. It was nice to hear how life has been for them. 3/5 working. 2 still on the job hunt. They don’t have the most ideal job, as fresh grads. 1 switched jobs within a year. Another 1 currently stuck in toxic company culture. Wishing and praying the best for them and thankful that they openly shared how the application process was for them (3 of them graduated just last year) as 1 got a job before graduation (ideal! mashaAllah) and the other 2 months after. They agreed that if the job is meant for you, it’ll find its way to you. How timely, given that I was rejected hours before this meetup. Alhamdulillah for reminders.

Ended dinner by eating ice cream. Nope, not the best idea as my cough prolonged…….
Then took 93 towards Mujahidin. It was late and I didn’t want to solely depend on the app as it is not as accurate these days. Suddenly a pakcik with a Mujahidin Mosque tshirt boarded the bus. We both alighted at the same stop and I tailed him towards the mosque. Suddenly he turned around and I was shocked. haha. “SMU student?” *nods* “Ok I will show you the way”.
Wahhh MashaAllah sangat pakcik hantar sampai auditorium. He ensured everyone was ok before leaving us. They sponsored the venue too! May Allah bless them ❤
Qiyam 2019:
This year’s qiyam was different as they took turns to become the imam. Alhamdulillah. A good platform to build confidence and build character. Good job exco.
Subuh sharing by Ustaz Irfan was interesting as he covered about loving Allah and the benefits of reading mathurat.
Some notes/pictures by Athirah and Syahmi (I didn’t have much because…lets just say I wasn’t fully functioning..hehh):

I really love this mosque. Although there was a supernatural occurrence at about 12 midnight (happened to 2 other ladies), everything else was well alhamdulillah. It’s a great walimah venue too. 😉
