And with that, my recess week has unofficially started! 🙂 Time to catch up on those readings yang ketinggalan and get my dates for events sorted. Seriously messed up my own schedule when I thought family trip to JB is next Monday. Rupanya bukan. Makanya, ada chance dapat attend last MS qiyam. See how ya~
Ayat of The Day:
Ayat ni reminds me of how cute dad has been mashaAllah. Tetiba active sangat kat Twitter – reply tweet anak2nya termasuk kawan2 kte semua :’) I jokingly said to him one day that he’s such a stalker. But deep down, I appreciate his efforts to be part of our lives in any way he can.
Akhir2 juga, suka sangat dengan kisah Nabi Ibrahim a.s. Covered about how he searched for God and then how he preserved the oneness of Allah with the sec 2s on Sunday. Then Ummi watched a video by Al-Bayyinah where Ustaz Nouman happened to share about Nabi Ibrahim a.s too (something along the lines of millata Ibrahim = Islam = submission). Indeed, our father Prophet Ibrahim a.s, is an epitome of a servant who should always seek his Creator. Also a father, husband and leader. #goals
May we continue the legacy of Nabi Ibrahim a.s in our own spheres of life. May we live up to Nabi Ibrahim a.s’s prayer as people who establish prayers. And may Allah bless all dads out there ❤
