Tuesday, 12th February 2019
The heavy burden lifted itself as I concluded the 2nd presentation of the day. Alhamdulillah for the PDF file too @TBH 🙂 Saved our time as we had to submit it to prof.
I personally think that the 1st presentation went smoothly alhamdulillah. However, I surprised myself during the 2nd presentation with what was, to me, the worst presentation in my entire existence.
I stammered my way through it even with a script at hand. Called on the wrong person and bumped head on, into the next presenter. I was really disturbed by one of the group members when she kept pestering and whispering to me, reminding me to do well, to say this and that, and to talk faster as the previous presenter went out of time – moments before my turn. That totally disturbed my train of thoughts and my state of mind.
In a nutshell, my composed self got pressured, seconds before I presented. Abah said I should have just shut (not his exact terms) her up, nicely. But I didn’t. I allowed her to bully me. I think I looked shocked with the chain of unfortunate events to the point where other group members asked if I needed to sit and cool down. :’)
But after that, I laughed at myself for allowing this to happen. Thank you Allah for giving me the the motivation to do well in one presentation today. Thank you Allah for allowing me to experience the second presentation, that way, as a reminder to abstain from acting in such a manner towards others.
After class, Norul and I went to a seminar room to find Kak Haz and was pleasantly surprised with the presence of fellow muslims. Reunion gitu. Semua tolong Kak Haz and team with their FYP, testing out their App. I learnt about the term UI = User interface when we had to give our feedback with regards to the app. Awesome lah krg. All the best.
Ended the day with Al-Ibrah at Qudwah.

Then tengah2 concentrate tuuu, my mashaAllah Mun said this:
“Tau tak nama buah ni in Malay?” *points to guava*
“Jambu….jambu batu kan?” (Malay dah karat ke…)
“Aah jambu. Jambu macam awak”
Haha geraaam. Nasib tak tergelak kuat sangat. Random sangat. Time ustazah tengah ajar lah dia buat pickup line. Hebat Mun. Takpe kte layan okay sementara suaminya belajar bahasa melayu haha. Sayang Mun.

Covered this verse in class. It emphasizes the importance of being obedient to Allah. In relation to what we learnt in class, one should aspire to adopt this trait from the angels, who followed the command of Allah, in a heartbeat.
