Overwhelmed.

Allah’s plans are so beautiful in every way. Especially today as I reflected on how He guided a friend to approach us about this part-time work. Having a commitment in the morning really pushes me to get up and get out early. (yelah kte takde breakfast club macam orang tu haha mashaAllah je.)

Met Syafiqah after soooooo long. We caught up on recent updates huhu. Semua yang terjadi ada hikmah kan…We’ll be better. We’ll be stronger. InshaAllah! ❤

Ended the day with the first liqa of 2019! Alhamdulillah for iman boosters and happy pills. Lol was put in the limelight and had to share about my life updates.

Nadiah’s tazkirah was about believing in Qada’ Qadar. Happy news from this one as she signed her life away (her words) as a teacher. InshaAllah kheyrrrr. I presented on Tauhid and Arina did Hadith (on neighbours)

Here’s the notes for my part:

Ayat of The Day:

حَتَّىٰ إِذَا أَتَوْا عَلَىٰ وَادِ النَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّمْلُ ادْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ
Until, when they came upon the valley of the ants, an ant said, “O ants, enter your dwellings that you not be crushed by Solomon and his soldiers while they perceive not.”

– 27:18

Arina, a life science NUS graduate, shared how the word namlatu was used in this verse. Referring the naml, ant, as female. Subhanallah. How specific.

Scientifically, the majority of queen ants’ eggs grow up to become wingless, sterile female ants, or workers. Occasionally, winged male and female ants are produced to mate. After mating, males die and, in many species, females shed their wings, going on to establish new colonies. #FemaleEmpowerment ??

As I’m writing this, an ant is busy crawling on my laptop screen. How timely. Macam tau AOTD tentang ia :’)
