Slowly but Surely.

Yaaay. Finally received my Nutella tarts today. Thanks to Athirah who went to collect it from her NUS cousin. May Allah bless you always!

3.30pm class got cancelled as Prof was unwell. Hence I was tempted to go home but alhamdulillah for Athirah, who came to school to pass me the items and to study. Afterwards, Hazirah joined in the impromptu study session and helped me with Accounting. Truly enlightened. Alhamdulillah.

Ended the day with 5 rounds around OTH with Kak Afiqah. Coach couldn’t make it. But I hope today’s timing will make her proud 🙂

Stress sendiri kalau compare dengan supposed running time for a 23 year old. 2.4km in 17 mins just to get a passing grade.

Thus, I’m perfectly happy by comparing myself to my past self. (But shall work towards achieving the desired 2.4km under 17 mins…one day….haha)

Ayat of The Day:

وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ
And when I am ill, it is He who cures me

– 26:80

This ayat surfaced as I was searching on what to write on a Get Well Soon card for a fellow schoolmate and MS exco who got into an accident while on a study exchange programme. It was tragic as one of the passengers who rode the same car as her, passed away due to the accident. As for my friend, let’s pray for her recovery…Truly Allah is the one who bestows us with health and indeed, to Him we belong and to Him we shall return.
