Going to school is such a blessing. Alhamdulillah. Especially since it’s 99 days away till the end of this beautiful journey. 😥 & 🙂

Nasi goreng Tom Yam (perencah instant) and Rosemary plus Turmeric marinated chicken. Hahah. Janji boleh telan ya.
But the highlight of the day has got to be Ustazah Dr Sakinah Saptu’s class at Qudwah. Ramai geng MKS turun mashaAllah. Women of all ages and background ❤ . May Allah keep us consistent in attending this one. Notes for week 2 will be up by end of this week inshaAllah!

Ayat of The Day:
قَالَ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَلَّا تَسْجُدَ إِذْ أَمَرْتُكَ ۖ قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِي مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُ مِن طِينٍ
[ Allah ] said, “What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?” [Satan] said, “I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay.” –

Ustazah went through the first story from the Quran based on the kitab we’re reading. It was the oft-quoted story about Nabi Adam a.s and Iblis. I love how we look at the story from many angles. One of the lessons that struck me most was about the creation of Nabi Adam a.s from clay. The characteristics of clay vs fire which Ustazah described made me feel humbled to be part of the #teamclay. Ayuh tanamkan sifat tanah, iaitu tabah, dalam mengharungi liku-liku kehidupan di dunia ini!
