Worst feeling when the laptop dies on you amidst an unsaved work. But then, things could have been worse I guess!
So I fumbled for my charger but realised it’s not in my bag. The mind did a quick scan on past events (I only used it during lesson yesterday) and guessed that I might have left it at class. I really hope it’s still there. Wait for me ok charger I’m coming for you soon. 😦
But things happen for other better things to take place. I finally went around office and talked to 3 new faces! (one of them with an ASUS charger alhamdulillahx10000) Apparently they are fellow interns under MTL doing programmes. So cool! What’s cooler is that they’re from NTU going to their final year and are fellow sociologists!
I’ve found myself fellow intern friends and this Ramadhan will not be so lonely inshaAllah ❤
Let’s take a moment to be thankful. Alhamdulillah for both good and bad (a bit hard but cuba).
Edited: I’ve been thinking, with regards to recent happenings, I have to constantly remember that:
- When your battery is draining, heed the warning, plug in and recharge yourself.
- Allah has given me, us, so many signs…May our hearts stay guided to make full use of the signs.
- Help is just around the corner. Remember that for every hardship, Allah did not constrain it to only 1 relief (as mentioned in Surah Ash-Sharh). Like today, I not only managed to borrow a charger but also found new sisters ❤
- Have faith ❤ ❤ ❤
I also did a little self reflection while going through my blog’s archives. I realised there has not been any negative posts. Even if there were, the negative experiences were painted to be palatable. Don’t get me wrong, I do have negative moments, and I do write them down as therapy but it’ll either be deleted or not posted. Don’t want to add more negativity than there already is do we? 🙂
So yeah, sometimes, people’s postings may seem so happy all.the.time. But give them a break, they might wanna remember only happy memories. So happy thoughts dear friends. ❤
Till then,
