It was not reported, or rather I did not find any information the number of days he was left unattended, without water, food and love. I see it as a hikmah from Allah, to remind people like me the very people that have done so much for us. The nikmat of having brains to think.
The report about the OKU (orang kurang upaya) was reported in Berita Harian which grabbed my attention. It was the mere act of leaving your child to fate that saddened me, made me feel so thankful for whatever I have now. He cannot speak properly or even walk properly, and was left to eat his own excrement. This 15 year old boy will always remind me to stay thankful and offer Dhuha prayers to show gratitude towards our Creator. InshaAllah.
