Syariah

I can finally relate as to why she asked such things.
With a stern voice, she held my gaze firmly.
Wondering and urging me to explain myself.
Why would I want to further my studies reading Syariah?
And with that knowledge in the future, will I impose the rulings upon my country?
Naturally, I said “Why wouldn’t I?” — Well, at least to myself.

Instead, I explained how we need to understand the rulings correctly and this inshaaAllah will lessen the number of misinformed or even, islamically uneducated beings.

I see Syariah as a discipline that should not divide people.
Rather, it is there to embrace differences and thus leading to a community which lives harmoniously as one.
Finally understanding each other.
