STE DAY CAMP

Bismillah.

Salaam’alaikum Readers.
Two days of bathing in our sweats, wracking our brains and numbing our muscles have come to the end. And alhamdulillah, WE SURVIVED! =)

So I thought wrong. I thought that STE day camp will be full of memorising lines and lines of meanings, hadeeth and such. But no. They wanted it to be fun and not the traditional way.

We had many games in store for us. But first off, we were divided into groups. I was grouped in Group 5, which later we rename it as FAAIZAAT ; the winners, in arabic.

In total, there were 8 groups. 3 guy groups and 5 lady groups.

For the first day, we had amazing race around our school. Or shall I say, up and down? Because we had to run up and down the 8 storey building. Fuuuh, but gerek! =)

Overall, FAAIZAAT won 1st placing for STE DAY CAMP day ONE. =)

Today, we had amazing race AROUND SINGAPORE!!!! Ya Allah, we were so exciteddd as majority agreed that this was their first time. The stations were placed near 6 mosques across sunny island, singapore.

Muhajirin, Nahdhah, Rabitah, Darussaalam, Mu’minin and al-amin.
Not exactly all over SG. But more to south west of SG. It was tiring as it was. Thank Allah the stations weren’t scattered all over SG. Fuuuuuuuuh.

We went to rabitah first. I can’t help it but every time I go to Redhill station, I get awed by the pinkness of the station (y)
Then Mu’minin.
Darussalam.
al-Amin!!!!!( This was the hardest to reach)
*skipped nahdhah* because we were soooo late already.
and lastly, muhajirin.
And we wrap it up with prize presentations and photo taking.

ALHAMDULILAH ALA KULLI HAAAAL.
Oh yes, we won 3rd, overall for STE DAY CAMP 2011.
Marha Marha Everyone! =)

Till then.
